Single Screw Extruder.

Based on 33:1 L/D ratio for screw design, we have developed 38:1 L/D ratio. 38:1 ratio has advantage of 100% plasticization, increase output capacity by 30%, reduce power consumption up to 30% .


Mold
Extrusion die head adopts spiral structure, and each material flow channel is evenly placed. Each channel is heat treated and mirror-polished to ensure smooth material flow. The die head is compact and provides stable pressure with little impact on output capacity. Can produce single and multilayer tubes.


Vacuum Tank
The vacuum tank is used to shape and cool the pipe to a standard size. We use a double cavity structure. The first section is shorter to ensure very strong cooling and vacuum functions. A calibrator is installed at the front of the first section to ensure rapid tube forming and cooling.


Cooling Tank
There is a water filter, and a high-quality nozzle is used to further cool the pipe, and the pipe is finally completed.



Haul off unit
The traction device provides sufficient traction to pull the pipe steadily and is equipped with a length calculation device. We will customize the drawing speed, claw number, effective drawing length according to the different pipe size and thickness to avoid deformation of the pipe during the drawing process.


Cutter
The cutting machine is controlled by Siemens PLC with traction device for precise cutting. Customers can set the length of pipe they want to cut.


Stacker
Pipe stack, customized according to demand.
