Sure. Sample fee is refundable after you place an order, but freight charge is paid by our client.

Normally our payment term is 30% deposit by T/T, balance at sight of the copy of B/L.
Q5: How to control the quality of products
First we will send a pre-production sample to our customer, second, we will arrange the third-party inspection, and we also
welcome QC team designated by our customer.
Q6: How to protect our order?
Trade assurance can protect online orders when the payment is made through Alibaba.com.
