The mixer is designed to evenly blend pre-processed gum base, powdered sugar, glycerin, and other ingredients. Equipped with a high-efficiency heating system, it softens the gum base for smooth mixing. The low-shear design prevents overmixing, preserving

Extrudder
The extruder ensures continuous extrusion of the mixed gum base with precision. Its advanced temperature control system guarantees consistent performance, while interchangeable extruder heads allow for versatile shaping of the gum base to meet production requirements.
This machine presses extruded gum into uniformly thin sheets. Its constant pressure control system ensures precise adjustment at
each roller to avoid cracking or uneven thickness. Integrated with a cooling system and powdering unit, it prevents overheating
