Bromelain

Healthdream's Bromelain is a group of natural enzyme preparation extracted and refined from pineapple stem by microfiltration, ultrafiltration and vacuum freeze-drying. The main component is a protease containing sulfhydryl.



Mechanism of action:
The active center of bromelain contains cysteine, which is a thiol-containing endoprotease, but also contains peroxidase, acid phosphatase, several protein inhibitors, and organic active calcium.
