Four-layer Shaft End Seal
There are two steel bearing protection circles between the mixing arm and shaft to prevent coarse sand into. In the steel circles there is a airway. When certain pressure of air goes though it, a pressure protection mat will be formed between the interface of the mixing arm and shaft to prevent water and mud from close to shaft head and prolong the service life of the mixer
The 380 V powerful motor can quickly head lube oil to axle oil note The NLGI level 2 or 3 lubricating oil make the shaft seal better and more fuel efficient Equip with special purpose motor lubricating oil pump , and four separate pump core respectively feeds oil to four axial heads directly , without using by-pass valve
Reducer and oil seal system is designed for concrete mixers by foreign standard factory , which can cooperate with mixer more smoothly and have long service life and low noise with no oil leak
The advanced hydraulic driving equipment avoid that the mixing plant can't discharge because of the shortage of the pneumatic when the pneumatic doors is unloading.
