* 1. After receiving the printhead, please pay attention to protect the printhead surface. It is easy to get damage resulting in scrapping once it's dropped. Please protect it well, for such non-objective product issues caused by the customer, the store will not return or exchange.

* 2. Before installing the printhead, need to check whether the motherboard is normal and whether the path can be moved smoothly. It requires to be installed in place to avoid the printhead cracked.

* 3. Check whether the ink cartridge is in sufficient ink. If it's insufficient, it will lead to unsatisfactory results during the test.

* 4. Just installed the print head will have air inside, so it will not immediately print normal, only the head of the air completely out of, the line can be normal. Specific steps are as follows:
