Aquasust Single Screw Pemp
Aquasust single screw pump is an internally meshed sealed screw pump, belonging to the rotary displacement pump. When the rotor of the single helix rotates around the axis of the stator hole of the double helix, the sealed chamber formed between the rotor and stator continuously, uniformly, and with a constant volume transports the medium from the suction chamber to the discharge chamber. Single screw pumps have low disturbance, stable pump pressure, and good suction performance when conveying media. They can transport non Newtonian liquids with viscosity, as well as concentrates containing mechanical impurities and solid particles.

3: High-quality steel
Ordinary shaft steel is made of 40cr steel for heat treatment hardening. For special cases, we will use tool steel to achieve a hardness of 65 degrees or above.
4: Rubber wear resistance and formula
We use more than 30% imported nitrile rubber raw materials and add other ultra wear-resistant materials. After testing with 100000 rotations and torques, we have obtained the most wear-resistant formula hardness, which prolongs the rubber's lifespan.
6: No leakage mechanical seal
The spring of the mechanical seal can be automatically cleaned while conveying materials, and a double end container mechanical seal can also be selected, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary silicon carbide mechanical seals. The entire mechanical seal frame is made of stainless steel material, and the O-ring is made of fluororubber.

Q: Hydrophilic and moisturizing membrane
A: Reinforced composite PVDF membrane uses hydrophilic modified PVDF raw materials, the membrane has good hydrophilicity, and no hydrophilic treatment is needed in the site. However, if the diaphragm is not put into use immediately after it is installed, or it needs to be parked for a certain period of time during use, please ensure that the diaphragm is immersed in water or it is always in a wet condition.

Q: Maintenance of membrane flux and membrane cleaning
A:Diaphragm aeration system construction using perforated aeration, aeration of bubbles and water flow, so that the film full of jitter, to achieve self-cleaning of the membrane. Using the intermittent operation mode, the self-priming pump can suck for 10 to 12 minutes and stop for 2 to 3 minutes, which can effectively prevent the clogging of the membrane holes and ensure long-term and stable operation of the membrane separation.
