1. The outer cover and main components of this machine are made of 304 # stainless steel;
2. The sealing material of the vacuum system is silicone;
3. Except for manual operation for placing cans and lids, the vacuuming and nitrogen filling of this machine are all automatically controlled, using a programmable controller from the Zhongda Youkong brand, and parameters can be set on the touch screen;
4. The main electrical components used are PLCs from Shenzhen Zhongda Youkong, frequency converters from Shanhaiqi Electric, and proximity switches from Germany's Sik. All pneumatic components and solenoid valves are from Taiwan's "Yadeke" brand;
5. Using high-precision digital pressure sensors to detect vacuum pressure;
6. The vacuum pumping part adopts an oil-free vacuum pump;
7. The entire process is carried out inside a sealed chamber.
8. The entire production speed can be set on the touch screen according to requirements, and all common faults will automatically alarm and provide the corresponding fault cause location. Based on the severity of the fault, the PLC will automatically determine whether the host can continue to run or stop;
