What is the Product Usage of SL10 Self Levelling Compound

 SL10 Self Level Cement is used for

1, Surface levelling of new floor or floor renovation

2, Repairs and levelling of uneven concrete floors

3, Underlayment for final floor finish such as ceramic tiles, carpets, wood floors, etc.

 

What are the Details of our SL10 Self Levelling Compound

Where to Use:	Specifically developed and formulated to level uneven floor surface
Components:	Polymer, cement, sand, additives, etc
Color & Type:	Grey powder
Dosage:	3-20kg/m2 depends on the thickeness, surface condition, application technique, wastage, etc. Less dosage for the smooth and flat surfaces.
Mixing Ratio.	20kg powder: 5kg water (4.25 : 1)
Bed Thickness:	2mm to 13mm
Tensile Adhesion Strength:	≥1MPa under all test conditions
Shelf Life:	Up to 12 months in unopened bags, stored in elevated, cool, and dry place
Pot Life:	Approx. 60 minutes @ 20°C
Application Temperature:	5°C - 40°C
Packaging:	20kg/bag (3 layers strong paper bag with PP layer inserted)
MOQ:	50 bags for regular package
Container Loading:	Up to 1375 bags in 1x20GP (27.5 tons) if no pallets used; 1360 bags if packed on pallets.
Sample Condition:	2-5kg free sample, freight cost for buyer’s account
Production Lead time:	3-5 days upon down payment received; 35-40 days for customized products.
