Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE is polymerized by various macromolecule organic compounds, which is specialized for cement grouting and other admixtures. Due to it can enhance the fluidity, strength of final setting time, and decreased the crack after mortar solidified, so applied in cement non-shrinkage grouting, repair mortar, cement base flooring grouting, water proof grouting, crack-sealer and expanded polystyene insulation mortar. Further, it also widely applied in gypsum, refractroy and ceramic.

Key Properties
1. High water reducing rate: The water reducing rate can achieve at least 25% for mortar, enhance the fluidity of mortar greatly.

Application Range
PC 3010 is spray dryed free–flowing powder form superplasticizer, which is a kind of free–flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.
It can bear high tempeture of the mortar during the reaction process.

Packing and Storage
A.Standard packing:in 25kgs bags outer HDPE bags inner with LDPE bags.
B.Big bag or other special packages are possible on request.
