Products Description
Free Standing Light Duty Flexible KBK Overhead Rail Crane System are composed of track systems, electric hoists, control systems, support structures, etc. It is made of steel. Electric hoists are installed on the track and operated through the control system to achieve lifting operations.
According to different structures, KBK is currently divided into flexible KBK, rigid KBK and KBK aluminum alloy cranes. The biggest difference is the track structure and suspension method. In terms of track structure, flexible KBK is mostly Ω-shaped, welded from two pieces of steel. Rigid KBK is mostly formed by cold rolling of C-shaped steel.

Main Parts
Hoist Trolley
Provides connection between lifting device and main beam, can be easily moved along the main beam, sealed bearings are maintenance-free.
Rail Trolley
Provides connection between main beam and fixed rail, prevents main beam from getting stuck, main beam imbalance can be adjusted automatically.
Wire Clamp
Fixed rail and main beam moving cable does not require any tools, directly fix the cable on the wire clamp.
Pulley
Used with air hose or round cable.
End Cover
Sealed ports at both ends of main beam and rail control trolley derailment.
Trolley Connection Plate
Fixed limit hoist, enhance the safety performance of hoist hook, so that hoist hook does not fall off.
