Pinion Shaft Assembly for Drilling Mud Pump

Brief Introduction:

The pinion shaft assembly is one of the components of the power end of the mud pump. There are herringbone gears on its axle with medium hard tooth surface, and the supporting bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing without rib, with medium tooth surface, which is easy to repair and disassemble. Both ends of the shaft are extended equally, and power can be input from either end or in the same way from both ends.

The pinion shaft blank is forged with high quality alloy and is made by roughing, heat treatment, finishing and gear hobbing. Its two ends extend to the outside of the frame and are used to install large pulleys or sprockets to input power to the mud pump.

It applied to mud pumps for: F-500,F-800,F-1000,F-1300,F-1600,PZ-8,PZ-9,PZ-1.
