Product Description
ZSW series vibration feeder is designed based on the principle of two synchronous eccentric shafts rotating to generate exciting force. It is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding before the coarse crushing crusher. At the same time of feeding, the material is coarse screened according to the preset bar gap size to avoid the reactive power loss of the subsequent crusher, so as to improve the crushing efficiency of the first section.
Advantages:
● Cascade bar drop is large, not easy to plug, fast feeding, with good pre-screening effect
● Modular bar design, convenient bar gap adjustment
● Frequency control can be used to adjust the frequency, easy to control the feed amount of the first section of the crusher
● Thin oil lubrication structure, after the first filling, the later periodic replacement can be
● closed exciter, to prevent dust pollution
