Basic principles
Utilizing the characteristics of carbon dioxide phase transition: Carbon dioxide gas can be transformed into a liquid state at a certain high pressure, and the liquid carbon dioxide is compressed into a cylindrical container (expansion tube) through a high-pressure pump. When a micro current passes through the electric ignition head, it causes the heating agent to generate high temperature, instantly gasifying liquid carbon dioxide, rapidly expanding to produce high-pressure shock waves, causing the energy release device to open, generating an expansion pressure of over 300MPA, and instantly releasing high-pressure gas to cause rock fracture and loosening. Due to its operation at low temperatures, it does not blend with the surrounding liquids and gases, does not produce any harmful gases, does not generate arcs or electric sparks, and is not affected by high temperatures, high heat, high humidity, or high cold. When fracturing underground, it has a diluting effect on gas, without vibration or dust. Carbon dioxide is an inert, non flammable, and explosive gas. The cracking process is a process of gas expansion, which involves physical work rather than chemical reactions.
