1. Where is your company ?
Our company is located in Hangzhou province, China, visiting is warmly welcomed, only please contact us

2. What’s your MOQ?
It is 30pcs for trail order.
3. Can I get some samples for company testing ?
Yes, we can supply samples with this purpose.
4. What’s the lead time for bulks ?
It usually takes about 40-45 days to finish the production after receiving the deposit.
If the model has stock materials, 7-10 days(the same for Sample order).
5. How do you ship the goods?
A: Usually sending by Ship.
Samples can be sent by door to door service on reuqest.

8. Does your bikes has warranty ?
Yes, all the products has, you can no worry for your after-sales service.
9. What will be the payment method for buyer ?
Bank transfer T/T terms, or trade with Alibaba Tradeassurance
30% deposit, balance paid before loading container. 100% in advance for samples
