Prouduct introduction: 

The crankshaft assembly is one of the components of the power end of the mud pump. The crankshaft assembly consists of a crankshaft, a big gear wheel, a connecting rod, a crankshaft bearing and a connecting rod bearing, which are mounted on the frame through an aligning roller bearing.

The crankshaft is an integral cast eccentric shaft, and the three cranks are divided into three equal parts according to 120 degrees.

The left and right helical gear wheel are combined into a herringbone tooth ring without cutting groove, and are installed on the crankshaft.

The big head bearings of the three connecting rod are single row short cylindrical stick bearings, respectively installed on the three eccentric crutches of the crankshaft, and the small head of the connecting rod is installed on the crosshead pin through the double row long cylindrical roller bearings.

Material and Model: The crankshaft is cast (forged) alloy steel eccentric shaft.

It applied to: F-500,F-800,F-1000,F-1300,F-1600,PZ-8,PZ-9,PZ-1.
