Q3. How do l pay and payment term?
Re: TT, credit card, alipay and cash are all acceptable. Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000UsD, 50% in advance, and 50% balance before shipment.
Q4. What’s the warranty?
Re: We provide 1 year warranty for equipment and pay-needed maintenance life-time.
Q5. How to ship the goods?
Re: We usually ship by sea, can also ship by air, rail or express if required.
Q6. Do you provide installation service?
Re: Yes, we do. lf necessary, we will send engineers to your site to help you, but the visa fee, air ticket, accommodation fee and salary wil be paid by the buyer.
Q7: How to assemble the equipment if we don't need your engineer to the site?
Re: We could provide some files to help you finish the installation, like CAD drawings, installation instructions, assembly
procedures and similar project cases.
Q8: Can you make the design for my special requirement?
Re: Yes, we can. We have a professional design and R&D team that could make a special design for you, just advise your detailed requirements.
