The SIP-EP66 series adopts a corrosion-resistant, vandal-proof diecast aluminum waterproof casing, equipped with a magnetic door cover, which completely prevents dust and moisture from entering. This extends the product's life cycle and enhances its reliability and stability. This phone is suitable for high-speed rail, subways, tunnels, ports, docks, airports, underground pipeline systems, large industrial and mining dispatch centers, power plants, large chemical plants, cement plants, steel mills, ship decks, parks, national nature reserves, and more.

Generally, it takes about 4 weeks. If there are any urgent orders for projects, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver faster. However, for OEM orders, the lead time may be slightly longer on the first order due to the need for additional time to communicate requirements and confirm artworks.

Our policy requires a minimum 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% to be paid before the shipment date. We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) as a payment method.

We take great care in packing our products to ensure their safety. For example, we use strong export cartons stuffed with enough foam/bubble wrap, and inner boxes for air shipments or express deliveries. Optional pallet packing can be used for LCL sea shipments to provide better protection.

We quote and deliver on the FOB Huangpu term (except for small orders, which may be on EXW terms). We can also provide CIF, C&F, or even door-to-door delivery options upon request, and we will provide an additional quote for the shipping cost.

Our warranty period could be up to 2 years. Considering the long transit time for overseas customers, we offer a two-and-a-half-year warranty from the production date based on the serial numbers.
