Brief introduction of VNGA welding PCBN Inserts
VNGA welded PCBN Insert is a 35 degree diamond CBN Inserts. The tip adopts the form of through welding, which has more tips，more economical than common composite PCBN blade. Cubic boron nitride (CBN), second only to diamond in hardness and thermal conductivity, has excellent thermal stability and does not oxidize when heated to 1000 ℃ in air. CBN has extremely stable chemical properties for ferrous metals.
VNGA welding CBN Insert is made of excellent sheet materials, with exquisite and compact cutter tip, stable processing performance and high durability, and can withstand continuous, intermittent and heavy intermittent machining conditions. VNGA welding PCBN Inserts can be used to process high hardness workpieces after heat treatment, such as hardened bearing steel, carburized steel, nitrided steel, tool steel and die steel. It can be cut intermittently and has long wear life. It is commonly used in semi－finishing and finishing of hardened steel parts such as gears, bearings and cast iron compressors. Iron based powder metallurgy can also be processed.
