Careful Inspection Before Delivery
We prioritize the utmost reliability and performance of our machines. That's why we take the extra step to subject every piece of equipment to a rigorous and comprehensive inspection process. Our team of highly skilled technicians meticulously examines each component, from the powerhouse engine to the intricate hydraulics, to ensure they meet and exceed our stringent standards.
The items we need to test before shipping include (but are not limited to):
1. Check fluids and get some oil samples
We make sure that all fluid that runs the machine such as oils and coolants should be clean. Engine oil is brown and of consistent viscosity. hydraulic fluid is clean and at recommended level. Cooling system works fine. Final drive and slew oils need to be clean and not have a burnt smell.
2. Perform a ROPS/FOPS inspection
We make sure excavator cabins should have adequate ROPS and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) fittings, which are crucial in hazardous working environments such as quarries or construction sites where there could be risks of materials falling from above or a risk of the machine rolling over.
3. Inspect the undercarriage
To ensure the remaining service life, we check the worn components, including idler, sprockets, track chains, track shoes, rollers and track bolts. Especially inspect if there's an increased gap between the idler and the track due to wear. We promise that the performance of each machine leaving the factory meets 80% of that of a new machine.
Experts recommend replacing the undercarriage system when wear and remaining service life reach 30%. Our factory machines are guaranteed to have an undercarriage remaining service life of over 80%.

4. Check the hydraulic operation
We ensure the machine operates smoothly, quietly and efficiently without any vibrations and noises that become evident under load.
5. Check the front attachment’s pin and bush wear
We conduct an operational check, establish the pin and bush wear levels on the front digging attachment. Place the digging arm on the ground and, while gently taking some weight off the machine, and ensure the movement throughout the boom foot, cylinders, arm and quick hitch and bucket areas.
6. Check the final drive
The final drive/planetary drive is the mechanical drive that moves the machine and is driven by a hydraulic motor. We make sure it reacts quickly, feel strong in a change of direction, and smooth and straight in its travel.
7. Inspect the cab
Check the driver's cabin. Check if the gauges are functioning properly, the starting device, and the hydraulic control lock works fine.
