Polyester white fiber masterbatch
At present, our company's polyester white fiber masterbatch have two type which contains 60% and 50% titanium dioxide, with uniform particle size, good dispersion, long spinning cycle, small pressure fluctuation of components and high whiteness. It can also be customized according to the needs of customers.
Polyester black fiber masterbatch
Black masterbatch products of polyester fiber: it is made of polyester material as carrier, adding high pigment carbon black, pigment dye, carbon black dispersant, processing aid, etc. through twin-screw dispersion and mixing.
1. It has good dispersibility, spinnability, long spinning cycle and high blackness;
2. Effective content of toner: 31% ± 1.0;
3. Intrinsic viscosity: ≥ 0.30, melting point ≤ 250 ℃ DF ≤ 0.2MPa;
4. The reference for normal black color ratio is 3.0% - 4.0%, supper black color ratio is 6.0%-8.0% and the specific ratio is determined according to the needs of customers.
