Steps for making marshmallows:
1、 Press the switch and let the machine warm up for 1 to 2 minutes, observe whether the machine runs stably during the warm up period. (If there is excessive vibration you have to adjust the machine, make sure to make it smooth and the rotary table should be laid and installed correctly).
2、Pour a spoonful of clean caster sugar in the middle of the rotary table.
3、Press the switch again and rotate it to allow the heater to heat up.
4、After the marshmallow is ready for about 30 seconds, use a bamboo skewer or other rod-shaped object to rotate it several times along the wall of the receiving plate, and then form the turntable above the horizontal axis and rotate the marshmallow on the turntable.
5、After making marshmallows, turn off the switch. If you want to make more marshmallows, repeat the above operation.
