Use And Characteristics:
The intelligent automatic folder gluer is composed of three parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing and folding part, and counting and stacking output part.All motors are from Taiwan Shengbang motors, except frequency conversion motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (double PLC, double touch screen), electric adjustment of the whole machine, only need to input three data (length, width, height) on the touch screen, the machine will automatically adjust in place. The operation is simple and reliable, the maximum speed of the box gluer is 180 m/min, and the average gluer speed is 150 m/min; high speed saves energy and saves labor costs.

The imported wear-resistant rubber belt transports the cardboard, which lasts longer; the cardboard straightening device and creasing device, and the creasing wheel are adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness 2-8mm; the secondary creasing mechanism can perform secondary creasing on the creasing quality of the cardboard secondary indentation.
Counting And Stacking Output Unit
The principle of counting and stacking is simple and reliable, and the stacking part moves horizontally electrically to ensure stable output of cartons with large deviations.
