A: We are happy to help you. The biggest challenge for small business is MOQ and price, so we suggest you do detailed product planning, if you have a target price that will be better, so that we can give you a clearer idea about style, formulation, and package.
Q3. What ingredients do you use in your soap manufacturing?
A: We use high-quality ingredients, including natural oils, botanical extracts, and premium fragrances. We prioritize sustainable and ethically sourced materials.
Q4.Why soap “sweating”?
A: This is because glycerin absorbs moisture in the air. Glycerin is a natural by-product of
saponification and can also be added as a moisturizer. “Sweating” is a normal occurrence and is not a quality issue.
Q5. Why my soap smells rancid?
A: May be used the poor quality fat, or there are too much fat, or not enough lye.
Q6.How do you ensure the quality of your soaps?
A: We follow strict quality control processes, including raw material testing, in-process checks, and finished product inspections, to ensure that every soap batch meets our high standards.
Q7. How do you test for the effectiveness of your soaps?
We conduct various tests, including microbial and performance tests, to ensure our soaps effectively cleanse without stripping the skin of its natural oils.
Q8. Can you assist with regulatory compliance and certification for soap products?
A: Yes, we can assist with obtaining necessary certifications and ensuring compliance with regional and international regulations for soap products.
Q9. Can you make nature or organic soap?
A: Yes, the soap itself is saponified from vegetable oil and can be natural, as for scent, we can add essential oil.
But for the organic, it's difficult to source the certified organic ingredients.
Q10.How much is your sample and what is the lead time?
A: If the samples are common and small quantity, we can give you free and send off within a week. However, if you need many samples with complex processes, then we may charge you a fee and they may take up to half a month to make.
Q11.What is the production lead time?
A: Normally one month, for some special product or when in our peak week, it may take 45 days.
Q12. What are your policies on confidentiality and intellectual property?
A: We adhere to strict confidentiality agreements to protect our clients' formulations and branding. Intellectual property rights of custom formulations remain with the client.
