1. Trade term: FOB Shunde, GD, China
2. Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance should be payed before shipment)

Q1: How long is the warranty?
A1: The warranty is one year for easy broken parts, such as main PCB, motor, water pump etc.
Q2: Can u show me the spare list in details?
A2: OK. The spares include: Main PCB, motor, stepper motor, synchronous motor, water pump, remote controller, wheels.
Q3: I want to change the color, ok?
A3: If not choose the standard color, MOQ is 2,000 to change color.
Q4: How much of the spares u give me free?
A4: 1% of the total amount is for free; if exceeding, need upcharge.
Q5: How often should I change the water?
A5: We recommend you completely drain your evaporative cooler once a week, and refill it with fresh water. This will help to prevent unpleasant odours.
