Introduction of the biscuit production line
Fully automatic biscuit production line is a professional biscuit production equipment, which is mainly composed of dough mixer, biscuit forming machine, baking oven, oil spraying machine, and packing machine. 1.Dough mixing machine:This machine is a mixing machine, can mix 35 kg flour and water into dough, can also mix other materials.
2.Biscuit forming machine:Crispness and toughness biscuit integrated machine, with 3 roller continuous pressing surface, automatic molding, automatic waste recycling, frequency control
3.Sugar spraying machine:For sprinkling materials on the surface of biscuits, such as salt/sugar/sesame, etc
4.Electric oven:Energy saving tunnel furnace automatic temperature control, ground level can be adjusted, using far infrared electric heating.
5.Oil injection machine:The machine automatic fuel injection, automatic temperature, automatic filtration, the amount of fuel injection can be regulated.
6.Cooling conveyor:This machine is used to cool the baked cookies and the speed of delivery can be adjusted.
7.Cream filling machine:This machine is suitable for adding filling cream to biscuits.
