The raw materials for drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride are hydrochloric acid, calcium aluminate powder, and aluminum hydroxide, which are finely polymerized through high-temperature and high-pressure reactions.




Produced by industrial grade polyaluminum chloride drum process, the product is brown or yellow in color, with lower alumina content than food grade, a basicity of 90, and a water content of about 0.7. The purified water solution of the product is slightly turbid. The advantages are good coagulation performance, large alum flowers generated, low dosage, high efficiency, and fast settling. Mainly used for paper mill wastewater treatment, steel mill wastewater treatment, domestic wastewater treatment, printing and dyeing plant wastewater treatment, and oilfield wastewater treatment.
