Emergency shut off valves is used in the place like petrol station, where it is easy to have fire accident and needs an emergent cut off with the surrounding medium.
Its use soluble bridging material ,the valve spool will automatic closed and shut off the pipeline transport oil when have fire or dispenser be pull down and damage.

Principle of use
Emergency Shut-off Valve are installed on fuel supply lines beneath at grade level to minimize hazards associated with collision or fire at the dispenser. If the dispenser is pulled over or dislodged by collision, the top of the valve breaks off the flow of fuel. Single-poppet models shut off supply flow, while double-poppet models shut off supply as well as prevent release of fuel from the dispenser's internal piping. The base of the Emergency Valve is securely anchored to the concrete dispenser island through a stabilizer bar system within a U-Bolt Assembly. 1.High Flow: The external closing structure keeps the secondary valve in a normally open state, minimizing the loss of fluid pressure head flowing through the shut-off valve and protecting the valve sealing pattern from damage and corrosion. True 11/2" (4cm) and 2" 5 cm) body designs ensure maximum flow;
3.Duragard: Coating provides superior corrosion resistance and passes 72-hour salt spray test;
4.Reliable Cutting Off: stainless steel main spring, Teflon-coated brass nut, and copper-nickel-chromium alloy-plated brass rod design to prevent corrosion and tar accumulation from affecting the valve operation;
5.Pressure Test Hole: Pipes can be pressure tested through the 38” NPT (9.5 mm) test hole in the valve body without destroying any pipeline connections;
6.Low Profile Upper Body: The combined design of upper body threads and secondary valve maintains a low profile and can be upgraded directly from the OPW single valve shut-off valve without changing existing piping.
