(1) Warranty for non-vulnerable machines (non-consumables)
A. The one-year warranty period for non-consumables and non-intentional damage is one year (free replacement parts).
B. For more than one year, we provide the purchase price of accessories.
(2) Wearing parts (consumables)
Each part has its own lifespan and if damaged we can offer you a purchase price for a new part
4. What is your minimum order quantity? Do you have it in stock?
The minimum order quantity is one piece, and most of them are in stock. If they are out of stock, production will take about a week. Large quantities of goods need to be communicated in advance about the delivery cycle.
5. What is your shipping method?
Sea transportation, air transportation, express delivery, TNT, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc.
