Production line Application
This production line mainly uses potato starch, corn starch, flour and other raw materials to produce popular secondary puffed foods of various shapes in the market through a unique extrusion molding process. The production line has a reasonable design, a high degree of automation, precise extrusion parameter control, and the main machine is equipped with high and low pressure screws, which increases the use range of raw materials, reduces costs, and improves product quality. The main products are: spiral, shell, round tube, square tube, circle, cartoon shape, sports shape, etc.
Raw materials: Flour is mainly used as the raw material.
Production capacity: 40-50kg/h, 60-100kg/h.
Production process: raw material mixing - screw conveying -extrusion and puffing -cutter - frying - conveying - seasoning

Q1: What would be the min. And max. Lifetime of the production lines ?
A1: at least 10 years. All our customers' factory running well . And we can send the spare parts by DHL for long time operations.
Q2: What package can be provide, e.g. besides the sole equipment supply also things like installation/supervision, staff training, service & maintenance?
A2: We shall send two-three technicians to the site to provide guidance on installation and debugging and the training of operators. The technicians' round-trip air tickets, visa application fees and personal insurance are paid by the customer. Besides, the customer should provide free accommodation for the technicians while they are abroad. The customer should pay each technician 100-200usd/day.
Q3:What is the spare part supply and how long will spare parts be available? Would a supply of parts that have a higher wear & tear (according to their experience) be possible already with the initial shipment?
A3: Lead time of spare parts: 7-15 days
