Tank manufacturing process
The tank body adopts advanced roll forming technology, resulting in higher roundness of the tank body. Compared to traditional craft made tanks, they can better disperse stress and are less prone to deformation when subjected to pressure. For example, during the transportation of fully loaded sewage sludge, it can effectively avoid the risk of leakage caused by tank deformation.
Automatic welding equipment is used at the welding point, ensuring uniform and smooth welds with reliable quality. This not only ensures the flatness of the appearance of the tank body, but also greatly reduces welding defects, enhances the overall strength of the tank body, and allows some key joint parts to withstand higher pressure.
After special sandblasting and rust removal treatment internally, multiple layers of anti-corrosion coating are applied. This process can effectively prevent the interior of the tank from being corroded by sewage containing corrosive substances, significantly extending the service life of the tank, especially in scenarios where it frequently comes into contact with chemical sewage, which is more advantageous.
Details of the suction system
The suction pump uses high-precision mechanical seals to effectively prevent gas and liquid leakage and ensure the vacuum degree of the suction system. This enables the suction truck to maintain a strong suction force during operation, and smoothly suck in sludge with high viscosity.
The interface of the suction pipe adopts a quick connection device, which has good sealing performance and is easy and fast to connect and disassemble. In emergency suction operations or when frequent replacement of suction positions is required, a significant amount of time can be saved.
Equipped with advanced liquid level control system, it can accurately control the liquid level height inside the tank. This function can prevent sewage or sludge from overflowing, avoid secondary pollution to the environment, and also help protect the suction equipment itself.
Advantages of emission system
The sewage outlet is designed with anti drip devices, which can effectively prevent residual sewage from dripping onto roads or workplaces after the discharge is completed, and keep the surrounding environment clean.
The emission system of some sewage suction vehicles has multiple emission methods to choose from, such as self flow discharge or pressurized discharge, depending on the actual situation. Self flowing discharge is suitable for discharging sewage to lower treatment facilities in areas with appropriate slopes; Pressurized discharge can transport sewage to distant and higher locations, enhancing the adaptability of sewage suction vehicles.
