Magnet appearance: Check for misalignment, large missing corners, foreign objects, and dirt on the magnet base adhesive, and ensure that the backing adhesive is flat without wrinkles or creases.
Magnetic display detection: Use a magnetic graphics card to stick against the magnetic iron surface to check if the magnetic pole lines are normal and uniform.
Maila appearance: The surface is not allowed to have creases, indentations, magnetic leakage, or dirt. Black dots ≤ 0.2mm, single-sided black dots ≤ 0.2mm, and cannot exceed 3 dots.
Direction detection: If the adhesive surface of the product is placed at the limit of the detector, and the detector lights up green and beeps, it is judged as qualified.
