3.What are the specifications and colors of the outdoor rotational - molded coolers?
We have models of 12L/18L/25L/30L/35L/42L/50L/60L/75L and other customized sizes. The colors of our products include Gray, Khaki, Black, White, Orange and Black, Dark Grey, Sky Blue, etc. Custom colors are available, and the minimum order quantity for color customization is 300 units.
4.What is your MOQ?
Good question, MOQ are different against different products, E.g., Ice pack is 2000pcs, Cooler is 100pcs, and we have special policy on specific area, pls consult our sales representative.
5.How about the lead time?
We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity. Cooler for 1st order is about 30 days after samples approved,and repeat order is around 1 40'HQ two weeks.
6.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is 30% deposite and 70% by TT before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
7.Can I get samples?
We can provide samples of existing small coolers and ice boxes, but the freight is to be borne by the buyer. If there is a customization requirement, a certain design fee will be charged in the early stage, which can be deducted from the payment for goods after the order is confirmed.
8.Can we do OEM orders? Any extra charge if you want to print your own logo on products or packaging?
Yes, we support OEM customization, and printing logos on products and packaging requires additional charges.
