The internal pizza oven dome is precast monolithic piece made up of super quality refractory castable reinforced with stainelss steel fiber, without any cracks or mortar gaps, the oven is stronger with better insulation performance.
The basement is consist with high alumina fire bricks and calcium silicate insulation layer, completely eco-friendly. Bricks could be used as baking pan directly.
