Overview

IJ, IJT type single-stage single-suction cantilever chemical centrifugal pump is a new product optimally designed on the basis of IH series pumps with reference to the latest foreign technology and combined with the actual use of the user, whose rated performance and installation dimensions are in accordance with ISO2858 standard, and the manufacturing technical conditions are in accordance with ISO5199 standard, and it is mainly suitable for the transportation of slurry containing less than 50% solids in the chemical process as well as mediums containing crystalline impurities. It is mainly suitable for the conveyance of slurry and crystalline impurities in the chemical process with less than 50% solids.

IJ chemical process pump application

Iron and steel industry: electroplating, pickling, waste acid treatment.

Alkali industry: ammonia brine mother liquor produced by soda ash and ammonia alkali, room temperature caustic soda produced by chlor-alkali, chlorine products and chlorate, hypochlorite.

Non-ferrous metallurgy: electrolytic solution of electrolytic copper and nickel, acid mist solution of cobalt production, slurry solution of zinc production, ammonium vanadate of vanadium production, acid and thiourea solution of gold production, and other transport.

Petrochemical industry: petroleum refining acetaldehyde, the manufacture of alkyl stupid.

Acid industry: nitric acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and so on.

Pharmaceutical industry: production of medicine and pesticide.

Fertiliser industry: production of urea and ammonium nitrate.

Environmental protection: acid mist liquid transport.

Paper industry: pulp cooking liquid and bleaching liquid transport.

Synthetic fibre and plastic industry: polyester, PVC production, textile, printing and dyeing industry.
