Product Description
In the improved furnace type based on the traditional electrode Acheson furnace graphitization furnace, the original furnace is loaded with graphite crucible as the carrier of negative electrode materials (the crucible is loaded with carbonized negative electrode raw materials), the furnace core is filled with heating resistance material, and the outer layer is insulated with heat insulation material and furnace wall. After electrification, it mainly relies on the resistance material heating to produce a high temperature of 2800 ~ 3000℃, indirectly heating the negative electrode material in the crucible, and finally achieving the high temperature lithiumization of the negative electrode material.
