Plate type UHT sterilizer

 

Plate type UHT sterilizer is PLC controlled, with its productivity ranging from 3t/hr to 20t/hr. In order to satisfy the technical requirements of low temperature filling, normal temperature filling and high temperature filling, plate type UHT sterilizer is made up of an aseptic section and a normal section. Its seven-section heat exchange design minimizes the energy consumption. With complete CIP and SIP system, it can satisfy the cleaning and sterilizing requirement of the production equipment with hot water adopted as the media to the heating of the material. Plate type UHT sterilizer has high heating accuracy.
