Titanium alloy handlebar with mtb frame

*What's material we use?
(1)Ti-3AL/2.5V---Seamless Double Butted Tubings
3AL/2.5( 3%Al,2.5%V,94.5%Ti)titanium tubings are the best grade material-Grade9.
It has features of high point of yeild strength and good ductility and be well made for welding.
Each frame from us is made by 3AL/2.5V for main structure.
(2)Ti-6AL/4V
6AL/4V has some features as 3AL/2.5,it is more rigid but not own good formability.
We use 6AL/4V for cable guides and other small parts

Why choose titanium?The benefits of titanium material

Titanium can be made very light weight and great strength of the frame.Strength of titanium and Steel almost the same, but it weighs only about 57% of steel. Therefore, the same intensity titanium frame will much lighter than steel.

Titanium has a very good elasticity. Titanium frame with a very good comfort, and titanium is a mental with a memory. It almost unlimited life in their deformation range,that purchase titanium frame is a once and for all. Generally speaking under professional conditions, aluminum frame is the life of 2 years. Steel frame is eight years,
