Aohong Gass solid tempered glass door is made from annealed glass via a thermal tempering process. Tempered glass is often referred to as "safety glass." Solid tempered glass is more resistant to breakage than normal float glass. 

Solid tempered glass is four to five times stronger than annealed glass and does not break into sharp shards when it fails, which are less likely to cause serious injury.

Solid tempered glass can be with holes or cutouts/hinges/grooves/notch and polished edges, beveled edges, chamfered edges or grinding edges, then processed into tempered laminated glass, tempered insulated glass, etc.

 

ADVANTAGES:

1. The anti-impacting performance and anti-bending performance are 3-5 times higher than ordinary glass.

2. It breaks into granules in case of strongly knocked, so no hurt would be caused. 

3. deflection angle of tempered glass is 3-4 times larger than that of float glass of the same thickness. When there is load on tempered glass, its maximum tensile stress does not located on the glass surface as float glass, but on the central point of glass sheet.
