Product Description

DOYENTRONTEX fiber is UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) fiber developed by Beijing Tongyizhong Specialty Fiber Tech. & Dev. Co., Ltd. DOYENTRONTEX fiber has a unique combination of properties. The density is slightly less than 1 g/cm3, so the fiber floats on water. Meanwhile, the tenacity of the fiber is the highest in the world and can be up to 15 times that of a good quality steel. The modulus is very high and second only to that of special carbon fibers grades. Elongation at break is as low as for other high performance fibers, while the energy to break is very high due to  high tenacity. Nowadays, DOYENTRONTEX fiber has been widely used in anti-cut gloves, fishig lines, marine ropes, etc.

Packing & Delivery

Bar Code.

Each bobbin of our UHMWPE fiber has a bar code inside, throught which we could track the data record on central computer and learn all the property, producing date, spinning date, machine status, etc. This code is the "ID card" of each bobbin of fiber throughout its life.

Usually our trademark would attached togher with the bar code, while if neutral packing is needed, trademark would be removed depending on customer's choice.
