Detailed description

 

 

 

1.high strength  The breaking load of a 20mm thick GRG product is more than 1200N, that's 10 times above of the 118N breading load in the national standard . According to the "GB/T 3854-2006 testing methode of Fiber reinforced plastic Barcol hardness ",GRG product is more than 50 in this field.

 

2.Pro-environmental effect  GRG product has no odor and its radioactive nuclide quanta conforms to the standard of decoration material of category A as stipulated in GB6566-2001, belonging to a green environmental friendly material.

 

3.Shape Retention  the low thermal expansion parameter and less than 0.1% of dry shrinking rate makes GRG products rather stabilize ,It doesn't wrap ,sag ,or swell due to luctuation of ambient temperature or humidity .

 

4.Flexibility  GRG product has high flexible performance , By using special pre-cast processing technique , it can be moulded into any shapes according to the design ,eg Flat or curved surface ,3D linear ,it can also be designed into artistic patterns like hollowed tracery or relief pattern. Anyway, it can satisfy demands of diversified decorative styles and individuation to show the innovated idea of archiects .

 

5.Good surface decoration effort  GRG product has a smooth and fire surface ,it can achieve designated decorative effect through effective adhension to various paints or coating materials (wood veneer, fabric ,etc.)In addition ,it's resistant to the diluted chemicals ,acid ,alkali ,bleaching agent and solution containing chlorine ,and can withstand exterior corrosion.

 

6.Fire resistance  GRG product is a Non- combustible material .It has passed the tests by National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Material with a result of A1-grade standard.

 

7.Moisture  Resistance   According to relative tests ,it has been proven that the moisture content is less than 0.5%and the maximum water absorption is no more than 10% Thanks to which ,it will not deteriorate when used in damp and humid areas .GRG product doesn't contin any organic element ,which means mildew or yellowing will never happens to it .

 

8.Insulation ,thermal Insulation Properties   GRG product takes advantages of gypsum base ,the micropore structure makes it possible to adjust its water content automatically ,which can help in improving the performance of thermal insulation .It complies with ASTM D696:2003 ,"Tests for thermal transmission and expansion '.This advantage can balance interior temperature and humidity in creating an comfortable interior Environment.

 

9.Short Process Cycle  The demand of GRG product takes only 1 hour .Through special handing,the drying process can be shorten to 4-8 hours .Thus a short process cycle is ensured.
