This production line includes wood material slicer – wooden batten drawing machine – wooden filament size fixing machine –round chopsticks head sharpener—shuttle whetting machine –blade sharpener  

The various type of available round timber , square timber and small wood shall be process into the dry square billet of 500mm in length , 60mm in width and 32-34mm in thickness by the woodworking band saw or woodworking , then they shall be processed into wood round chopsticks and the general standard shall be 5.5mm for diameter and below 240mm in length . The size of the chopstick also can be produced by the requirement of the clients . 1. wood material slicer
