Description
Introduction of Alkalized Cocoa Powder Processing Line :
The cocoa bean processing line mainly includes these following machines: raw material hoist, de-stone machine, metal detector, cocoa bean roasting machine,cooling tunnel, peeling machine, selecting machine, paste grinding machine, powder grinding machine, oil pressing machine and packaging machine.We have prepared different solutions for cocoa powder production lines with production capacities from 100 kg to 2000 kg per hour.

Processing Flow
The cocoa bean processing line comprises several key steps:
1. the cocoa beans are conveyed through a material hoist where they undergo de-stoning and metal detection to remove impurities.
2. they are roasted in a roasting machine and cooled to facilitate peeling, resulting in cocoa nibs. These nibs are then ground in a cocoa spread grinder to obtain cocoa spread.
3. The cocoa spread is poured into a hydraulic press to extract cocoa oil, which solidifies into cocoa butter upon cooling, while the pressed cocoa spread will forms cocoa mass(cocoa cakes).

Effectively remove the skin of cocoa beans, with reasonable structure and low breakage rate.
Cocoa Spread Grinder

Hydraulic Oil Presser
Mainly used to extract cocoa oil from cocoa spread. After pressing, you will get cocoa butter and cocoa mass (cocoa cake), which can be crushed into cocoa powder, and used for making chocolate as an important raw material.
