STRUCTURE

C Frame Workstation with underneath suspended hanging Steel Cabinets, C-FRAME is extremely steady and can be loaded with 200 KGs square meter. They provide users with a large amount of knee and legroom with mobile and suspended under-bench units. Our new profile enables under-bench units suspended in C-Frames to be moved across frames.C FRAME suspended casework system consists of a freestanding frame of heavy-gauge galvanized steel, which supports upper and lower storage and work surface. Leg assemblies, installed at each 6-foot increment. Augment the structural strength. C-Frame components are finished with chemical-resistant powder coating available in many colors, Upper and lower storage units may be moved, added, or removed after installation as lab needs change.

CABINETS

1.  Heavy-gauge formed and welded galvanized steel cabinet body construction provides strength and durability.
2.  Full height 18 gauge rear access panel are removable to provides full access to service chase
3. Shelf is height adjustable by Heavy-duty zinc-plated shelf support clips which are adjustable in 1/2" increments
4.  Flush corner construction for smooth seamless cabinet face
5.  Base cabinet are available in many styles of cupboard units, drawer units and drawer & cupboard units. They are available in standard length 462mm, 512mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1000mm. Standard heights are 600mm, and standard depth is 500mm

STEEL FINISH

Environmentally friendly, electronically applied powder coat finish

Laboratory grade formulation meets all SEFA 8 chemical requirements.

1. Metal preparation prior to application of finish, consisting of multiple-step process:

l  Cleaner/phosphate spray

l  Water rinse

l  Passivating sealant spray

2. Parts to be dried at elevated temperatures and cooled prior to application of finish; finish to be applied in powder form, electrostatically charged, to all interior and exterior channel surfaces to an average thickness of 1.5 mils; immediately after application, coated surfaces to be baked in high temperature, continuous ovens to provide uniform curing for abrasion and chemical resistance as required for service in laboratory environment.

REAGENT SHELF

-The column is made of 100*50mm supporting bar with 1.5mm thickness with support bracket .

-Shelves are made of 10mm thickness tempered glass which is height adjustable according to different requirement

-Options for Shelves: 12.7mm PHENOLIC resin/ 16mm epoxy resin worktop panel.
