1. Do you accept private label?
Yes, we are an OEM/ODM factory. We can customize based on your needs.

2. Can I customize formulation, smells, and colors?
Yes, if you have a real sample, you can send us to follow a formula, smells, and also colors.
If not, for formula and smells, you can provide suggestions, for colors, you can provide the Pantone number.

3. What is your min order quantity?
Normally, the MOQ of customizing is 6000 pcs/makeup set, 12000 pcs/for other series, If you want trail order, we can accept lower MOQ for our stock. 

4. How about sample policy, and how quickly can you develop samples?
Samples can be provided.
Without customize logo and packaging, we can provide material samples in normal sample packaging, you’ll just need to pay the shipping cost.

It can be finished in 3 days.
With your logo, the cost is USD100 for one style packaging, included shipping cost. And it takes about 14 days to finish. The sample charge will be returned once we confirm the order.

5. Delivery time for formal order?
For stock, normally in 10 days after received payment.

For customizing, normally 50-60 days after deposit.

6. When do your products expire Expiration date?
2 years if not opening, 3 months after open.

7. Are any of your products or ingredients passed the tests?
Yes, MSDS can be provided.

8. Do cosmetics products are tested on animals?
Never.
