Product features/properties

Our BOPP bags are well known for our high clarity, for our heatseals (which are glue/chemical free), and our low electrostatic charge which means no food particles will stick to our bags.

Our bags feature a "block bottom" base, allowing the bags to stand on their own with side gussets. Side gussets (with their defined corners) and block bottom base, provide our BOPP bags with a “rectangular cuboid" style. 

Packing and shipping

Packing: 5,000 pcs/carton. Bags are packed in polybags before placing in carefully marked cartons for shipping. We can ship loose cargo (LCL) or full container (FCL) and with or without the use of pallets. We can also airfreight the goods and do door to door delivery. Our shipping terms are negotiable and we offer FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP.

Q1: What is material of the product?

A: The material is LDPE (Low density polyethylene), HDPE(High Density Polyethylene), MDPE(Medium density polyethylene), CPE, PP, OPP, IPP, Corn starch etc. plastic film.

Q2: Is sample free?

A: 1. Existing sample is FREE of Charge; courier charge is paid by customer.

2. Customized design is welcome; the sample fee is based on process requirement.

Q3: How can I get a quotation?

A: When you are interested in a product, please tell us below details:

  4.   With print or not (if printed, how many color of the design? If possible, hope you will share the design with us)

Q4: How does your company control the product’s quality?

A: Our factory is complied ISO9001:2015 quality control. During the production, the semi-finished product is inspected by IPQC. Before delivery, the final product is inspected by QC as per AQL standard. Or you can assign the inspector to check the production in our factory before delivery.

Q5: What is your trade term?

A: Normally, we quote FOB Hong Kong for LCL, FOB Shenzhen for FCL. CNF is acceptable, please kindly tell us which port you want us to deliver to.

Q6: What is your payment term? How to pay?

A: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment before shipment, by T/T, PayPal is available.

Q7: How to track the shipment status after on board?

A: We will send you the shipment schedule via email, and send the original shipping document to you via express once available. Tracking number and document copy will be provided via email.

Q8: How is the purchase process?

A: Our order handling process is as below:

- We will provide free digital proofing

- Once approved. We send your job to production department

- Highly equipped & well trained staff ensures the completion with time frame
