3. In according with our inspection regulations, which cover size, color, thickness tolerance, workmanship, surface treatment, packing way, crate, gaps, inspection rate, etc, QC will write a test report together attached the photos and email to the sales department.

 

4. all staffs of sales department will get together to check the report and the photos carefully after received emails, if finding any problems, we will inform our QC and ask to fix and pull out detective products from tested products, we insist that the perfet products can be deliveried on board, at last, all staff will sign the “agree to delivery” guarantee sheet to secure the quality.

1. How many types of your Stone Panels?

 

In general, We have cement stone panels and glued stone panels.

 

2. What's the weight of 1 m2 stone panel?

Cement stone panels:Regular thickness is 30-50mm,the weight of 1 m2 is about 80KG.

Glued Stone panels:

For thickness 25-35mm,the weight of 1 m2 is about 60KG.

For thickness 15-25mm,the weight of 1 m2 is about 45KG.

For thickness 8-15mm,the weight of 1 m2 is about 28KG.

 

3. Do you provide installation service?

We don't supply installation service at present, but we can give you insallation instruction.
