Instructions: | *Keep your skin dry before using the patch.Cut or tear pounch abd take out the cooling gel pad. *Remove transparent film from the back of the cooling gel sheet.Apply cooling gel sheet surface on the affected area. *After 1-8 hours, the cooling gel sheet could be removed. The using time depends on the comfort how you feel. But it is no more than 8 hours. |
