Product Warranty

Our product warranty period should be 18 months from the dat e of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever occurs first. Once the products are prove to be defective in material or workmanship, provided in each case that the product is pro perly installed or is used in the service f or which we recommends it , then written claim which specifying the alleg ed defect, sh ould be presented to us within our product warranty period. We'll replace the defect products without charge or refund the purchase price of the pro ducts .
