Description

    The SGZ-280 contains two carts, a central oven and a control centre. The carts equipped with gearings which can work alone. The central oven contains burner, mix box (the fuel fired and then the fire turn to be the hot air here), the recirculating fan and the pipeline (the hot air recirculate between the oven and the mix box). The control centre contains an PLC program controller, touch screen and temperature controller. Beside the central oven, there are two operation tables at each side. At the top of the central oven, there is a alarm light. It will sparkle and ring if there are something wrong during the process.

   

The working process of the SGZ-280 shuttle rotomolding Machine:

1. The doors of the central oven opens automatically. Then the one cart enter into the central oven.
2. The doosr opens automatically again when the cart finished work in the central oven. Then the cart moves out of the oven
3. The cooling fans work automatically.
4. The doors of the central oven open and then the other cart enter into the oven. Then the door closes.
5. This process is a cycle. This repeats continuously.

In order to put on and change the mold conveniently, there is a button on the operation table. We can use the button to control the mold. It can get more large scope in processing
